How contactless check-in works
Phone QR check-in
A QR code at the door (or sent in the appointment reminder) opens a check-in page in the browser — no app download. The patient confirms identity, joins the queue, and waits wherever they like.
Self-service kiosk
For walk-ins without a booking, a kiosk with ID scanning (MyKad, passport, NRIC) registers new patients in under 90 seconds — no counter contact, no clipboard, no shared pens.
WhatsApp queue updates
After check-in, the queue comes to the patient: position updates and a "you're next" call on WhatsApp. Waiting happens in the car, the café next door — anywhere but a packed room.
Contactless flows for every care setting
Car-park check-in for vet clinics
The most-requested contactless flow: pet owners check in from the car so anxious animals never share a waiting room. Called in by WhatsApp when the vet is ready.
Hospital-scale routing
In multi-department hospitals, contactless check-in routes each patient to the right department queue with priority rules — no lobby crowding at a central counter.
Walk-in clinic triage
Walk-in and urgent-care clinics capture symptoms at contactless intake so staff see acuity before the patient reaches the room.
Multilingual
Check-in screens speak the patient's language — 12+ languages with voice guidance, from Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin to Arabic and Spanish.
Identity done properly
Contactless doesn't mean anonymous: ID scanning, phone verification, and returning-patient recognition keep records accurate and PDPA/GDPR/HIPAA compliant.
Works with your existing systems
Check-in events flow into your existing EMR/HIS via HL7 FHIR integrations — contactless front door, unchanged back office.
