ตู้ลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วยอัตโนมัติ — NFC บัตรประชาชน, PromptPay, คิว WhatsApp, เสียงภาษาไทย, PDPA
Every Thai clinic running manual check-in loses an average of 18 staff-hours per day to data entry that already exists on the patient's ID card. MOVO-X kiosks read Thai national ID via NFC in 3 seconds, capture PDPA consent on-screen, collect payment via PromptPay, print a queue slip, and send a WhatsApp message — all before the patient sits down. Hardware from 12,900 THB. Covering all 77 provinces.
Three specific, measurable problems every Thai clinic faces without a kiosk.
Staff ask every patient for IC number, date of birth, address, allergies — data already on the Thai ID card. At 80 patients a day that is 18 staff-hours lost to data entry that the NFC reader completes in under 3 seconds.
Handwritten forms misread as wrong names, wrong IC numbers, wrong date of birth. A misfiled patient record delays dispensing, generates wrong receipts, and in serious cases contributes to drug errors — all from a digit transposed by a tired receptionist.
After salary, social security, and training. A kiosk handling check-in, consent capture, and payment collection replaces the most repetitive 60% of a receptionist's workload — freeing them to handle exceptions, phone triage, and patients who need extra help.
Four steps. No staff involvement. Every step in Thai and English.
The kiosk reads the chip on the Thai national ID card in under 3 seconds — extracting full name (Thai + English), IC number, date of birth, address, and photo. No typing. No paper form.
Returning patient: profile loads instantly, patient confirms or updates. New patient: profile created from card data. Patient selects their visit type (general consult, follow-up, specific department) via touchscreen with Thai language labels.
PDPA 2019-compliant consent form shown on screen. Patient signs with finger. Optional PromptPay QR displayed for deposit or registration fee. Payment confirmed in real-time. Receipt printed on built-in thermal printer.
Printed queue slip with number, estimated wait, and doctor name. Thai-language voice announcement played through kiosk speaker. WhatsApp message sent to patient's phone with queue number — so they can wait outside or in their car.
Every feature is specific to the Thai healthcare and payment ecosystem.
Reads all demographic data from the Thai ID chip in 2–3 seconds. Patient name (Thai + English script), IC number, date of birth, home address, and photo — no manual input. Compatible with all Thai ID cards issued after 2011.
Dynamic PromptPay QR generated per transaction. Patient scans from any Thai banking app. Payment confirmed in real-time. Optional deposit, full payment, or registration fee. Auto-reconciles with the clinic ledger — no manual matching.
Queue number, estimated wait, and doctor name sent to patient's WhatsApp as soon as they check in. Patients can wait in their car, a cafe, or outside — keeping the waiting room comfortable. Alert sent when it is their turn.
Queue numbers called in clear Thai by text-to-speech through the kiosk speaker and optional TV screen speaker. Patient names optionally called in Thai phonetics. Eliminates staff needing to stand at a microphone and shout queue numbers.
Consent form presented in Thai with scrollable text. Patient signs with finger on screen. Consent timestamped, linked to visit record, stored encrypted in Supabase. Ministry of Public Health compliant. Audit trail exportable.
Built-in 58mm thermal printer outputs a queue slip with number, doctor, estimated wait, and clinic branding. Payment receipt also printed. No ink cartridges. Paper roll replaceable by any staff member in 30 seconds.
Reception staff and doctors see live queue status on the web dashboard — how many checked in, average wait, longest waiting patient, which doctor is backlogged. Alerts when wait exceeds a configurable threshold.
Patient chooses Thai or English at the first screen. Foreign nationals without a Thai ID can enter passport number manually. All system fields, consent forms, and receipts switch language instantly. Supports tourist clinics in Phuket, Pattaya, Hua Hin.
Based on data from MOVO-X kiosk deployments at clinics processing 60–120 patients per day.

“We run 110 patients a day with two receptionists. Before the kiosk, both were fully occupied doing nothing but typing IC numbers and handing out queue slips. Now the kiosk handles check-in and one receptionist focuses on insurance claims. Throughput is up, staff are less burned out, and patients say it feels like a private hospital.”
“A lot of my patients are foreign tourists and expats who do not speak Thai. The English mode on the kiosk solves a problem I never fully fixed. They tap their passport, choose English, sign PDPA in English, and get a WhatsApp queue number. My staff do not need to speak English to the kiosk — the machine handles it.”
“The WhatsApp queue number was the feature my patients love most. They check in, get a WhatsApp message, and go to the beach cafe next door. When it is their turn they get a second message. My waiting room went from overflowing to empty. Online reviews went up. I attribute 4 new Google reviews directly to the wait time improvement.”

The NFC reader works with all Thai Smart ID cards issued after 2011 (the chip-embedded card). The older laminated card issued before 2011 does not have a chip — for those patients the kiosk falls back to manual IC number entry. Approximately 95% of patients presenting at Thai clinics today carry the chip card.
The kiosk falls back to SMS via a local Thai gateway if the patient number is not on WhatsApp. The patient also receives a printed queue slip from the thermal printer — so queue information is always delivered regardless of messaging app.
Yes. The consent flow is built to meet Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. Consent is collected per-visit, linked to the specific data collected, timestamped, encrypted at rest, and exportable for audit. We provide a standard Thai-language consent template reviewed by a Thai healthcare data compliance consultant.
Hardware is delivered pre-configured. Our engineer connects it to your clinic Wi-Fi (or 4G SIM slot) and runs a live test with real patient cards. Most installations complete within 3 hours. The kiosk is running the same day.
Yes. Patients without a Thai ID tap "I do not have a Thai ID" on the first screen. They enter passport number manually (or scan via camera if enabled). The kiosk UI switches to English. PDPA consent is shown in English. Full check-in completes. Particularly useful for tourist clinics in Phuket, Pattaya, and Hua Hin.
The kiosk has an offline mode. Check-in data is stored locally and synced when connectivity returns. Queue numbers continue to issue. Thai voice announcements continue to work. PromptPay QR is disabled in offline mode (requires connectivity for payment confirmation) — cash payment falls back to staff.
